"I grew up in a rural town in the middle of North Carolina, New London, NC. My parents were in textiles, so I gravitated that way at first as a silk screen printer. It was fun, but I soon realized that would not be my career. When I closed the screen print business, I decided if I was unemployed, I may as well be unemployed at the beach. When I first moved to the beach area I lived in Carolina Beach. It was great, but I married and we moved to Wilmington. I couldn't wait to get back to the sand, and moved back to Carolina Beach where I lived that time for over 15 years. Carolina Beach was a great place to live and I had a lot of fun. Then I learned about the Brunswick County Beaches and the canals. Now I call them home. I love this area and I enjoy real estate with all of its intricacies. I decided to partner with Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty. I feel they have a particularly good position in the area. Sloane Realty has been practicing in the area since 1955, and with the might of the world wide Coldwell Banker there is very little they can't handle. They say the salt gets in your blood and I believe it. The East coast beaches are great. It is a laid back lifestyle, summer concerts, fireworks, festivals, boating, fishing, shopping, and the ocean. It really is a dream come true. I'd love to help if you might want some of the same."
